no flour granola

Ingredients

    2 cups quick cooking oats 1/2 C. chopped walnuts 1/4 C. dried cranberries 1/4 C. dried prunes
    add other nuts, carrots, and honey or brown sugar to sweetened. make prune puree from 8 oz pitted prunes/6T water, in a blender. 2 T extra virgin olive oil cooking spray, for coating pan.


Directions

preheat oven to 350*. Combine all ingredients and spread in a 6 x 6 pan that has been sprayed with a non stick cooking spray (like pam). Pat down to about 1/4" thick, bake for 20-25 min. When cool, cut into 6 bars and wrap in waxed paper.
