Cheryl's Fried Chicken

Rinse chicken, place in bowl with 2 tablespoons of  mayo, 1/2 teaspoon  lemon juice, 1 tablespoon garlic, mix well and let sit.
In the mean time take 6 slices of wheat bread (any kind of bread will work) and put in oven on the lowest setting for about a hour....make sure they are dried out, take them and put them into a food processor until you have bread crumbs..(or just go out and buy a canister of bread crumbs). Now take the chicken that has been soaking in the mayo mix and coat with the bread crumbs, heat 1/2 cup of oil on stove and proceed to cook the chicken, make sure all sides are brown, cover with lid and cook on low for about 15 minutes or until tender.
