EASY CROATIAN EGG NOODLES

1/2 pound flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt

Put four in bowl make a well, put eggs in well, taking a fork mic in flour gradually, knead dough until smooth, roll out until paper thin, let dry.
When dry cut with knife until the desired thickness.
Let noodles dry completly, cook in boiling salt water.

Enjoy.
