Homemade butter

Tonight i made my first batch of butter, i use heavy cream and a very small food processor, pour the cream into the food processor and spin until you have butter, the cream is white but when done the butter is yellow feel free to add salt if you like, it took about 10 minutes in all, it was so good the grand daughters who helped make it  ATE IT UP...i think this is the way i will eat butter from now on.
