Gelatin Frappe


Put a 3oz pkg of flavored gelatin in blender
Add 1/4 c hot liquid (fruit juice, milk, water or cream)
Cover and process at STIR until dissolved.
Stop blender.
Add 4 c crushed ice, cover and process at FRAPPE.
Use spatula to keep ingredients around blades.
When contens are a smooth, snowy consistency, serve in tall glasses with straws or in sherbet glasses.

Yield: 1 qt.
